What comes inside a Dream Celebrations Box?

Each Dream Celebrations box is thoughtfully curated around it's theme and occasion. The exact items included vary by collection and are listed on the individual page, so you will always know what you are getting before you order.

Are your boxes pre-designed, or can I customize one?

We offer both! Our Signature Collections are thoughtfully designed and ready to order, while our Custom Celebration boxes allow you to create something more personalized for your recipient, occasion, or event.

Will my box look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to make every Dream Celebrations box look just as beautiful as the one pictured. Because some of our products are handmade, sourced in small batches, or may vary slightly in color, pattern, or availability, minor difference can occur. If an item ever needs to be substituted, we'll choose something that complements the original theme, quality, and overall feel of the box.

Can I send a Dream Celebrations box directly to a recipient of choice?

Absolutely! During checkout, simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. You can also include your gift message so your celebration arrives ready to make their day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our boxes are thoughtfully prepared and packed with care before heading your way. Processing times may vary depending on the collection and time of year. Current processing will be provided during checkout or noted in your purchase email.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping options based on your order and selected delivery method, along with FREE shipping on qualifying orders of $200 or more. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout so you can choose what works best for you.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

While we can't guarantee an exact delivery date once a package is in the carrier's hands, we will do our best to help you plan for your celebration. We recommend ordering early and using any delivery estimates provided at checkout as a guide.

What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?

If something goes wrong along the way, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged deliveries, we may ask for photos of the box, packing and damaged items so we can determine the best way to make things right. For lost or delayed packages, we'll help you determine the appropriate next steps based on the carrier's tracking information.

rETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my Dream Celebrations box?

Because our boxes are thoughtfully curated and may include personalized, handmade, or personal-care items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us so we can can help make it right.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos of the item and it's packaging so we can determine the best way to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Because we begin preparing orders for fulfillment, changes or cancelations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please see our full Return Policy for complete details.

We thoughtfully select products from a variety of makers, brands, and suppliers based on quality, design, and how well they complement each celebrations. Whenever possible, we love incorporating items from small business and independent makers alongside other carefully selected products.

Can I reuse or recycle the packing from my box?

Many of these pieces used in our packaging can have a second life! We encourage you to reuse, repurpose, or recycle packaging whenever possible. Recycling guidelines vary by location and material, so we recommend checking your local recycling guidelines before disposing of packaging.
